The documentary journeys through the various mobilizations and marches staged by the indigenous and peasant organizations and their demands of the Constituent Assembly, its installation in the city of Sucre in 2006, the proposals made by indigenous organizations (Pact Unit), aggression towards the indigenous and peasant leaders, and the obstacles they overcame, to the delivery of the New Political Constitution of the President in December 2007.
